Although most of the work we are called upon to do is scheduled in advance, in many industries utilizing our services emergencies are inevitable. Meticulous planning, preparation and performance enable Topaz to handle emergency job requirements safely and expediently. During our fifty year history there have been many instances of Topaz personnel responding nights, weekends, and holidays to answer calls for immediate help from customers. Situations involving fire, explosion, and toxic release have all been executed with the same attention to detail, regardless of the hour, location, or weather conditions. When the situation is dire and travel times dictate, direct flight by chartered jet is employed to place service personnel and equipment onsite as rapidly as possible. If a simple leak repair fitting is the obvious solution to the problem, the fitting can be sent via hot shot truck or air.
